On 01/31/2024, the Board of Directors revoked Rule #X regarding cleaning of porches and patios. The Association owns two power washers, furthermore hoses are located at each building which are available to owners. Owners are asked to be considerate of their neighbors when cleaning their own area. When professional cleaning is done (at an Association's cost of at least $6000), you will have at least a week's notice and should remove items including welcome mats from your porch area. Further revisions of the Rules and Regulations are anticipated as the Governance Committee and Board of Directors consider them. At that time, printed copies will also be distributed.
